You know you want to have everything perfect for your son or daughters graduation party. Any day can be unpredictable so make sure you cover all of the unexpected...literally. Rain or shine, providing your guests with a dry, comfortable party environment is our top priority.
First thing you do...Call Us! 631.722.8042 to discuss your event. Here are some specifics to have ready which will help us provide a more accurate quote:
- Date of your party / event
- Time your event will start
- Place of event
- Estimate of how many will be in attendance
Once we have all of the above information, we will make an appointment to complete a field evaluation.
- A field evaluation is completed before each installation to verify specific applications. Each installation has its own unique variables.
Our objective is to suit your needs. For instance, you may want a tent installed over your deck but may not think it's possible. When we arrive to assess the property, we'll be able to advise you of the best placement, which may be over the deck as you prefer.
Depending on the day of your event, weather and other variables will determine the day of set-up. Generally, we set-up on Thursdays and Fridays. Removal is usually done the day after the event.
