Reservations

We are happy to make a reservation for you.  With your reservation, we do require a 50% deposit to secure your rental for the date and time of your request.  The east end of Long Island is such a beautiful place, you can understand how our schedule fills quickly.  If you're planning a party, we always encourage you to check your calendar and reserve as soon as possible.

What happens if I decide I don't need a tent and I already made a reservation?

Not to worry. We're happy to refund your deposit at any time, with a minimum of two weeks notice for a full refund. With weather as our main variable, we receive many last minute requests for tents. We do our best to accommodate all requests.  In implementing this policy, it allows us to offer our services more efficiently.

Payment

As stated above, we require a 50% deposit. Payment in full is due at the time of delivery / installation. For your convenience, we gladly accept cash, check, visa, mastercard, american express and discover credit cards.
