Rental | Payment | Cancellation

We're happy to make a reservation for you, as our calendar fills quickly.  A 50% deposit is required to secure your rentals for the date and time of your request. Payment in full is due at the time of delivery / installation.  For your convenience, we gladly accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.


What happens if I decide I DON'T need a tent...and I've already made a reservation?

Not to worry! You may cancel up to (2) weeks prior to your scheduled event and receive a FULL REFUND on all rentals.  Permit and Handling Fees are non-refundable. With weather as our main variable, we receive many last minute requests for tents. We do our best to accommodate all requests.  In implementing this policy, it allows us to offer our services more efficiently.


Within (2) weeks of scheduled event, customer may place their equipment / reservation on RAIN HOLD.


RAIN HOLD: Customer WILL FORFEIT all of their deposit, but has the ability to notify American Tent Company (1) one day prior to their scheduled event.  American Tent Company will remain "on-call" for the set-up of all secured rental equipment (1) day prior to the event.
